I was very impressed by Frank and his team throughout the entire selling process. From the strategy with the listing price, to the photos and the sizzle reel video his team created (which was excellent, almost made me want to stay..lol), to picking a buyer from the submitted offer pool, to dealing with the eventual buyer, their agent and all their asks (standard & out of the norm). To Frank taking middle of the night phone calls while traveling to address our various questions\problems. To eventually getting us across the finish line. I would HIGHLY recommend Frank Scaletta and his team!

Working with Frank Scarletta to sell my home in Addison was a great experience. He was knowledgeable, dependable, and incredibly efficient from start to finish. Frank made the entire process easy and seamless, always responding quickly and making sure everything stayed on track. Thanks to his hard work and professionalism, my home sold smoothly and in a timely manner. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy real estate professional.

Frank is the best! He is extremely patient and genuinely wanted what was best for us. He is willing to show properties throughout the Chicagoland area and is very available throughout the entire process. We honestly couldn't recommend Frank more!

Frank was wonderful to work with and I'm thankful that I found him. I had a tight timeline in a small area with limited options to buy in a extremely fast moving market. I never once had to follow up on anything I needed. I was a first time home buyer who had never toured a house in Chicago, and after meeting Frank I successfully closed on my new house 7 weeks later. Thank you.

You invest a lot of time with your realtor so you want someone who goes beyond the minimal qualifications. Frank is that guy. While he is working tirelessly to find a home that fits your needs and budget, he’s easy to do business with, makes you laugh, and makes browsing homes an enjoyable experience. Thank you for finding our perfect home, Frank!

We needed to move out of state before our house was sold, which meant we had to do everything long distance. Frank took care of all the details for us, and we couldn't be more pleased with how things went. He's great to work with, and we highly recommend him!

Frank did an excellent job for us. Very professional and easy to work with. He sold our place in the Logan Square area quickly and at a very good price. I would highly recommend Frank.

Frank was incredibly helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. He helped us purchase our condo quickly and at a price point we felt comfortable with. We really appreciated working with him.

Frank is amazing! He made selling so efficient. We got top dollar and closed quickly, thanks to his advisement on price, property improvements/renovations, and timeline. Frank is very in tune with the market, is also a great listener and made us feel like we were top priority. Highly recommend him as your lifelong realtor!
